The last update I got was the Ziaire wants to come to Arizona, but his parents want him to stay in California with all that's going on. He's either going to do what's best for him or what's best for them. It's not looking good for UofA on this one.

Stanford is still 6 1/2 hours from LA where he's from. It wouldn't make sense for him to go to Stanford if he wants to be close to home.

Stanford is a bit closer than that though.
I am in Sacramento, it is about a 6hrs drive from here, from Palo Alto, I would like to think it is not as far.
To be honest, when it comes to us parents, we will make rules that don't make sense to others, as long as we get what we want.

As for ZW, he is a OND prospect, so it won't matter where he goes.
Just like Anthony Edwards going to Georgia, it doesn't make much sense, but if you are elite, you can go where there is little to nothing, and you can do whatever you want.
Yes Stanford has Da Silva/Davis/Terry, but Williams is going to be an alpha wherever he goes.
Going to Stanford is going to give him that education, but being honest, at this moment, Stanford is the better program right now than Arizona so...

I thought the screenshot made it pretty self explanatory. But what I was talking about was Joshua Christopher and ZW exchanging tweets about playing for '661' which Is la. Guess we'll know shortly.
