Ira has really matured over the last two 2+ seasons and he looks primed for a breakout season. He's obviously more mature physically, but he seems more mature mentally as well.

I have to admit I was harsh on him during his freshman and sophomore years, but if he can harness his athleticism and energy then he could elevate this team's ceiling a lot.

We need a junkyard dog on this team and that is the role Lee was born to play.
