Does anyone have any inside information on how the offseason is coming along?

Who's at work on campusd during the summer?  Who isnt?  How's the progress of players coming? Strength progress? Who is putting in the noticeable extra work?  Which players are connecting during the summer?  Which freshman besides Ayton appears to look like they could get a load of minutes this year based on what they are doing and whats being said?

Anything would be great. I saw Trier's practice log, which was awesome.

Seems like what you're asking is what PGU /Ace gave us during the early years.

Yes it does. Ace was on top of stuff like that. Ace had or made a lot of enemies along the way, but he always seemed to have the inside scoop. Just goes now to show how much info he really contributed to to die hard Arizona fans. This is why he will be missed by fans, even those who did not like him because of his manners or attitude. I for one am just happy that we have this site for real fans without all the contention and literal hatred at times. Maybe a few of could get together during the season before or after a game or two.

I saw on PPU's youtube channel a video of Zeus and Nick Johnson working out in the pool at Arizona prior to summer league starting, so they were obviously down here training for a bit.  Also they have a video of Dusan doing some work in the weight room.. doesnt look like campus though.  Some cool videos on their channel, including Brandon Randolph and I think Dylan Smith dancing in the locker room lol also Trier and some of the new guys at the Adia Barnes camp talking to the campers. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPXXiTyJ9Ka_j7xx5CxU64g

We have more of an inside scoop on UofA basketball & recruiting, but there's also certain things I can't put out there until I get the Ok as to not burn any bridges with the contacts we have. As for football, there is talk of one of the Arizona football staff leaving us to go to Michigan.

The players are really buying into this season and coming together.  Last year that was not the case.  One of the players told me that they weren't together as a team and there were a lot of players who didn't have a passion for football.  Once we started losing then those players gave up.

This year Brandon Dawkins has really become a leader & is bringing the team together to practice at 5am on its own.  The players are all hanging out together in groups as far as the Offensive line, Defensive line, Secondary, QB's, WR's, & RB's all hang out together outside of football now.  They know a lot of people are counting them out & they believe they can have a good season.

We'll definitely be doing our best to get the fans the inside scoop on our Arizona Wildcats!

As far as inside info on Basketball goes. Ira Lee is impressing with his size & skill, so look for him to be a big contributor & pick up where Chance left off.  Lee, Zo, & Barcello have been spotted hanging out a lot together.

Akot is being talked about as if he is going to step right in getting minutes right away & depending on how well he does, he may test the draft waters after this season.

Rawle was told by the coaching staff that he is going to be given the go ahead to take the shots he wants as if he was a Senior. Dusan is working on his strength & footwork like crazy.  PJC is going to be the starter & get the majority of minutes with Trier & Barcello being his to main backups.

Lee was very impressive to finish his senior year considering his coming back from injury. I felt he would continue to improve and be a bigger player than many thought he could be.

To put it another way, "Do what you need to do so that you can boost your stock so you can leave after the season, and we can reload!"
This was one of the biggest questions I had in regards to who was going to be our clear-cut #2 option in our offense.
I just hope that R.Alkins and A.Trier don't smother the ball trying to get their stocks up a la our 2012-13 team with three seniors trying to boost their stock, which affected the development of every one else on that team not named N.Johnson.

We always worry about the balance for sure.

I still see Rawle as being the perfect compliment to Trier.  He will still be able to get enough garbage points to keep him happy.  I'm gonna say Trier scores right around 20pts a game & Rawle goes for 14pts a game with.  Ayton should be somewhere in the middle about 16-17pts a game.  What do you guys think?
