Thanks for posting LG.  In my opinion Damon is half right.  There are players who have the desire, or the drive, or the talent, or the skills...or all of the above.  Some can walk away from college after a year and play a long time making great money.  Some others, not so much.  TJ was a perfect example.  He didn't quite have quite enough for a royal flush, but he did have enough to win the prize.  There are those that flourish and there are those that spend their careers in foreign countries not making as much.

A big problem is a person and/or people inside the prospect's circle telling them they are good enough and they should leave school and head to the NBA.
I believe last season was the most underclassmen to declare for the NBA Draft?
I don't want to fact check at the moment, but the number was large.

Stop telling the prospect they can play in the NBA and simply encourage them to get their degree.
