Brown's Dad is in total control of where he's going next. The list of schools seems to be growing, so maybe things will change. My sources tell me he's going up end up at Kentucky. We'll keep you posted if things change like him staying at Nevada.

At this point, Arizona should just pass. Don't need the headache of Brown's dad.

I don't understand what made people (including myself) believe that he was actually going to come.
He shunned us the first time and ended up at Nevada.
The situations aren't that different with us in that we desperately needed a C in 2019, and we are going to be in the same boat for 2020-21 after Jeter leaves.
As a fellow NorCal native, I want the kid to succeed, but no need to waste energy a second time if you're asking me.

His dad should be feeling like crap right now, and shitting his pants at the thought that he basically pissed away a year of his son's life by forcing him to choose a mid-major based purely on geography. So, don't see Brown going to a mid-major again.
If II had to pick the schools with a real shot, I'd say Cal, Oregon, and UK. Cal and Oregon just based on geography. UK gives him a high profile stage... But obviously after last year,  he needs a school that will guarantee him 30 mpg. Can UK guarantee that? Arizona can't.

Pops was trying to follow the SDSU/UNLV route, but chose the wrong mid-major.
He was hoping to send JB to a very good mid-major, JB would be the man inside, his team would have a good year, and he is off to the NBA.
What Pops didn't know was that Musselman would bring in Trey Porter AND play Jordan Caroline ahead of him.

To answer your question though, Arizona would be able to promise him 30mins/gm because he would have to sit 2019-20, and that would be a year for the dust to settle and see who the best big would be between JB/ZN/CK during that year.
Best case, Brown would start and play off of Nnaji/Koloko and get all the minutes he can handle, but I don't believe Brown is as good as his ranking says he is.
When was the last time you saw a McDs All-American be the 3rd big on his team?

I can confirm Brown is currently on the UofA campus on a visit. Hearing the recent news of Dawkins saying Miller wire tap didn't happen helped make this happen. Once Miller gets a player on campus things tend to sway in our favor.

I this would be a nice player to get we really need a big for next year an I have been hearing that the 20 class  in the west is weak  so if you can pull in transfers great arizona may also need to recruit nationally.

The only thing I don't like is Jordan's dad controlling his recruitment

I  also remember jadan mcdaniels dad controlling his recruitment an we got left out once he cut his list of teams two 5.
