KJ Feagin 6'1 190lbs averaged 17.5 ppg and 4 apg last year. He's out for this season with an injury and will grad transfer next season.

Unless B-Will is going pro AND Barcello is transferring...no way this comes to fruition.

We are in the same boat here KCC.
With Mannion/Green/Armstrong coming in, paired with whoever returns from Williams/Randolph/Barcello, this move does not make sense.
We would have to lose more than just those two for me to think we are going to be able to bring in another G.

If we are looking at grad-transfers, they better be a C, then maybe a SF/combo-forward prospect.

Smart move to reach out and at least touch base. I believe it has become pretty clear that rosters are always turning over. Injuries, transfers, guys deciding to not show up, if we have learned anything it's to be prepared. Plan for the worst, hope for the best.

Yes, because IF Randolph leaves early for the draft and Barcello transfers out with Coleman graduating, the is three wings gone. Most do not consider Akot a big so there is another gone. Smith could very easily Grad Transfer as well. That would leave Doutrive and Williams as the only returning guards. Sounds like a worst case situation, but you never know these days. I don't think that happens but this kid as a grad transfer would be a good option if that were to happen. He most likely won't make a decision until after the season anyway so no harm in shopping the market.

Miller is always recruiting and he has to cover all bases in case someone unexpected leaves. This kid is from Santa Clara which is where assistant coach Gainey just came from, so he knows this kid and it may give us an inside track on landing him if we pursue him.

On paper though, we don't have a need for another G, unless BW or AB leave also.
Assuming one of them stays, with NM/JG/TA joining the backcourt of BW or AB and DD, five bodies is enough minutes for them to share.
