Big12 Top6 match-ups

There seems to be a consensus that there are 6 teams who are a level better than the rest followed most likely by Baylor at #7. I took a look at the direct match-ups and if they were even I used Baylor as a tie-breaker to rank the schedules. Long story, using this approach two teams (Iowa St and Kansas) have an easier, one team (BYU) a similar, and two teams (Houston and Texas Tech) a more difficult schedule than us. Here you go. Thoughts?

Great breakdown. Houston doesn't play everybody twice but they have a lot of road games, which will be difficult to navigate.

Yes, on paper and as it stands now two teams (Houston and Texas Tech) have a more difficult schedule than t. lloyd.

That outlook can change quickly so it'll be an interesting season watching how it all shakes out.

Arizona gets Kansas and BYU
BYU gets Arizona and Tech
Kansas: Arizona/Iowa State (ouch)

The only takeaway worthy of any attention here is that Arizona is scheduled very lightly to start Conference Play and cannot afford a single stumble. If you check the schedule, it is basically against the low end of the Conference for about a Month. This is where we need to ramp up our Defense and actually start gaining real chemistry. Not giving away anything to anyone who may "need" a gigantic #1 Ranked Upset for their March Madness desperation bid.

Teams above mentioned are expected to defeat us at some point at least once, twice, or thrice.

So Tommy needs to make sure this team sticks to the mental fortitude and takes care of it's business early and often.
