Good post. I also think that Peat can play the SF position in a big lineup. He's long on defense and has a diverse offensive game.

That's why I said if Carter doesn't return because UConn's Hurley pulled a Tommy and over-recruited. If Carter goes, there will be 25min available and they aren't going to Delly automatically.

I was also referencing this in the sense that Bryant left.
You would have Burries/ADO at SG and I would assume Aristode would bust down the 40mins available at the SF spot.

If Carter does end up leaving, I would immediately pivot to Aristode as the starter at the 3 whether he's polished enough or not.

After seeing what Tommy did to Carter last year, if this were the case, I would predict Delly gets all the minutes. Veteran-laden. Maybe bring in another Awaka-saurus.

My biggest reminder to everyone is to take notice that roles are fluid these days.

A 3 on Offense can be a 4 on Defense. A 5 on Defense can be a 4 on Offense. We saw it juggled last year.

The only players that won't be anything except what they are... are guys like Krivas. Unless Krivas reinvented himself to snap 3pt shots, then he is anchored at the rim both ways.

Point is, roles were fluid. Roles are fluid. We will see lineups with Delly at the 3 im sure or Aristode. Maybe Bryce James. A true Darkhorse. We played a 6'5" SF and 6'8" SF last year...
