Noah Fifita is literally going to save ARIZONA for a 2nd time. He's just became my favorite player of all time #BearDown

KansasCityCats

He loves this university and the fact that he returned for the first time should be celebrated.

I'd LOVE to see him back for a Junior season but I also understand if he ends up jumping to a bigger opportunity (as long as it isn't 100 miles north).

It may be his best decision given the direction of the program.
It's a business.

As College Sports are becoming openly Professional Sports I think that the landscape needs to change from the old 1 Head Coach being the Czar of the Program to having a full team of business professionals from the top to bottom. I am talking Team President, not School President. I am talking a VP of Football Operations. I am talking a General Manager (GM) that handles the "business side" with these "kids" and their "handlers". The payroll. All of it all the way down to the catering and personalized nutritionists that go with the strength and conditioning program.

Eller College of Business, Kinesiology, Engineering, and Medical programs should be involved as volunteers for Credits and Salary. Let some actual Students get Paid while earning Credits too. There are a lot of smart people on campus already that don't need to be outsourced, but at the end of the day plucking people from the NFL for these positions is about to become a "space race". We should get out in front of it ASAP.

This goes for all major sports that can afford it. Basketball needs it too. Football is just way too complex and the roster is too large to have it any other way. Brennan may be able to actually Coach the team for all we know, but he is unable to wear many hats at the same time from what I see.

Tommy Lloyd may be able to Recruit, but I don't think he is a great Head Coach. If he had some help overall with the financial side of the now "business", maybe he would be more successful too.
