Big 12 scheduling

I'm curious if this has been talked about. I hope we get more late afternoon games at home at least. Wouldn't mind some noon start times on the road either. I do know in september and october it would probably be difficult to get noon starts in Tucson for obvious reasons. Also, will our rivalry with normal still be the last game of the year?

Yes, KU typically plays K-State to end the season so I assume the Big-12 would honor our tradition by keeping the game during the weekend of Thanksgiving.

The conference likely wants to stagger their games to gain as much television exposure as possible so a lot of jour home games will kick off at the usual 7pm, unless we're playing a weak opponent (which isn't often in the Big-12).

I'm sure we'll get some early road start, which will be a nice change of pace!

Makes sense. One reason why I quit having season tickets were the late home starts. I got tired of coming home between 11 and midnight. It's miserable.
