Arizona is 2-1 going into conference play. How many wins will they end up with?

TucsonTruckStop

The team is better than last year for sure. Unfortunately, the conference is much deeper and better than it's been for a long time.

The conference 0/U win total before the season started was 2.5.
I bet the over.

I picked six because I'm always cautiously optimistic about Arizona football (although I think we'll actually end up 7-5).

After Stanford, our next 7 opponents are in the top-25 so we need a win on Saturday to keep the momentum rolling.

Beating Stanford and asu are a must if we want to hit 6 wins imo. We will probably win one where we are a dog. Maybe UCLA or wsu.

KansasCityCats

Agreed.  I think ANY of the conference games are winnable for the Cats.

USC's D looked like garbage against SJSU, UCLA is erratic, Colorado plays without discipline, Utah can't figure out their QB situation and our defense will determine whether we beat Wazzu, OSU and UW.

It'll be an interesting conference schedule.  I have NO idea who we'll beat...but we'll definitely take down at least two of the (currently) ranked opponents.

Both "experts" project Arizona to December 16th bowl games.

Nothing flashy but it's a big step up from the Sumlin recovery process.

Hopefully, we can win 2-3 of the next 7 games, prior to retaining the Territorial Cup. It's a brutal schedule but Fifita can lead the way!
