Carter Bryant 5 Star 2024 SF has officially committed to the Arizona Wildcats!

The 6-foot-8 Bryant is ranked by 247 as the No. 4 prospect in the 2024 class, as well as the top small forward in the country and the No. 1 player from California.

Bryant goes in-depth on his commitment to Arizona
"I chose Arizona because it was a perfect situation for me as a player," Bryant said to On3. "To play for a coaching staff of that experience and prestige that believes in me as a young man and player is a beautiful thing. Coach Lloyd's system allows me to play for a program that pushes the pace and allows players one through five to make decisions. Coach (Jack) Murphy also did a wonderful job at recruiting not just me but my family and allowing me to be apart of his family and feel at home. The culture that has been built by the best fan base in the country is something that's very hard to turn down as a player."

"What really stood out to me during my time on campus was definitely the fans," Bryant told 247Sports. "I was there for Selection Sunday, which isn't common for recruits to go, but the love I got from the fanbase and got to feel the vibe of the town and it was really cool. I took pictures with a few fans and had engagements with them so it was pretty cool, I enjoyed it. They have always welcomed me there. This was my third time there so they [the team] welcome me every time I go there and I have enjoyed it every time. They [the players] all tell me what a good program it is and how good of a coaching staff they have and their support system on the the court and off the court. I have gotten really close with coach (Jack) Murphy and coach (Tommy) Lloyd, especially.

Bryant could reclassify to 2023 if he chooses to.

Arizona currently has one commitment for 2024: 4-star shooting guard Jamari Phillips, who is ranked 26th overall. (Story betray of Brian Peterson) Story Here

Welcome home, Carter!!!

Incredibly excited to watch you play in Tucson and beyond.

KansasCityCats

Heck yeah. Love seeing the future pipeline flow. Interesting how they slipped in the “he could reclassify to 2023” in the middle of the article…

Bear down!

No reason to not reclassify. He can't learn anything more in HS. Time to get into the Professional circuit that is disguised as "academia" and put 20-30lbs of muscle on that frame. Can Phillips reclassify too?

jimdandy

Carter should reclassify. The reason is now that he's committed to the U of A, the recruiting experts will work overtime to drop his stock from a 5* to a  3*. They won't be able to beat him down if he's playing for the Wildcats next season. Bear Down, Carter Fricken Bryant. The future's now.

That is one of the most truthful comments I've seen besides what I put out. These days, money-backers pay recruiting experts to juice their stocks. It is very much Pay to Play now.

Come on down to Tucson, get 20lbs of muscle on that frame between now and October. Become legen-- wait for it.......dary.
