Are these two interested because there's an assumption that Bal is transferring?  I hope not because Adama's potential to improve as an upperclassmen gives me more optimism than bringing in another "loaner" through the portal.
Clearly we do not know, but my guess is that Lloyd is looking to bring in someone that is going to fill that scoring role from the perimeter that is going to be vacated by Ramey?

I was hoping that Boswell and Bal would both absorb those minutes,  it would be ideal if BamBam started the point and Kerr slid into Ramey's spot
I was not a fan of the Boswell/Kriisa backcourt before the 2022-23 season.
After seeing it in action, I understood why some of us were in favor of it.

As for me, you give up a lot of size with both guard being 6'2 or so.
I would like Lloyd to get bigger and more athletic on the perimeter next season.
You want to run, but you lack the athletes to be able to play that type of style.

That Lute team that had Shakur/Adams/Williams and Igoudala is a very good example of the blueprint I am talking about.
You bring in the athletes that are able to play above the rim to allow that uptempo transition style to be more lethal when ran.
I know that it won't happen, but one can only dream right?
P.S. I really hope Lloyd does NOT go after either one of those USC transfers.

The flaw in Tommy's system that you are trying to put in words is that Tommy has an extreme lack of 3 and D players on the Wing. Or 3 and D players in general. And none on the horizon either. Tommy has turned us into a Mid Major unfortunately.

Please add Graham Ike (Wyoming) to the list

arxpert,
Will you ever answer questions aimed at you? Or will you just constantly be obsessed with hating our coach?

Good.  Mid-majors won TEN of the first round NCAA games, including Xavier.  I love the idea of Arizona recruiting 4-year players that want to win and earn degrees, as opposed to signing up for a 1-year NIL deal and bailing on the program after taking a ridiculous amount of contested jumpers.

Good ole Mid Major Miller playing for an Elite 8 in Year 1 with a group of said "4 year" players who have no real basketball futures is an amazing story.

Interesting why no one likes to say Mid Major Tommy though. Are you/they all in denial? Call it as it is or don't call it at all I say.

Never had a problem with Miller in Arizona. Never had a problem with Lloyd at Gonzaga. When Arizona turns into a Mid Major, I have a problem.

It might take the CBox 1 more year of this before they fully crack although I see so many anti-Tommy comments there already...it is very sad to see. I may be hated for enjoying the last 10 years of Arizona basketball, but I am consistent. It was a phenomenal product regular and postseason. So far we only have the mid-major aspect covered with Tommy. Year 3 is a make it or break it year for Tommy whether you think so or not. The big pockets aren't going to put up with this again.

It's not that hard to just say I was right about this, but I am enjoying the resistance tbh. It is more validating.

KansasCityCats

If Miller recruited players to Arizona that were similar to his existing roster at Xavier, he would have undoubtedly enjoyed more postseason success...and drastically less kids transferring out of the program.

It's simple: 5* talent is strictly a short term plan.
