We hope this is true. We have not heard anything to give us reason to believe it, but recruiting can go that way sometimes.
I was originally told that Ramey had no interest in being a backup. Lloyd has always stated that Kriisa was his PG.
Then there was a leak of Kriisa thinking about the transfer portal which gave me reason to think it was possible.  I do not know anything more than that, except Kriisa is still here for the moment. He could still leave if another PG came in. I do not feel good about that situation. The deadline was just for immediate eligibility,  not a now or never option.
Just my opinion here. I'd rather keep Kriisa and live or die by him than to trade for Ramey.

Ramey isn't much of a ballhandler.  He is an undersized wing that hangs around the perimeter often...but isn't as accurate as our current guards.

I think he'd play a Kier role as a rare backup PG...but primarily share time with Bal as the SG when Larsson is on the bench (or at the 3).

It's unlikely kerr lost his starting  spot to ramey maybe ramey  starts with kerr an Larson.

It is a small lineup but  with Arizona lacking  so much experience . with adama an ph. Lacking  experience
Maybe.

Here is a better analysis on Courtney Ramey. This video is back in 2020:
We have a need for a creator and hit fits that role.
