Arizona has offered 6'4 2020 Top 5 SG Adam Miller out of Chicago. He is the Best PG's in the country for the 2020 class.

Miller highlights
Nice!
Added to the 2020 Prospect List
Kid looks good good to have multiple players to recruit at the point guard we will need one or two from that class with nico an hazzard leaving then who know about Williams if he has a strong year he could be gone the guy I hope Sean prioritizes Daisan Nix who is playing in Vegas an combo guard burnett.
Arizona is on Adam's final 10 list. He recently said he wanted to visit Arizona soon.

I like Adam Miller an his shooting ability but I see this as doubtful that he comes here I will happy if he visits.
Wow. We're recruiting some big time shooters.
https://twitter.com/MattGOAZCATS/status/1157503081698824193
That's some huge numbers there an the 13 3 points shots makes me want him more.
Update it looks like Adam Miller will visit Arizona August 28th which was ASU's scheduled visit now Arizona's an looks like he changed asu to to the 30th now.
Adam shoots left handed. In his latest picture he put Arizona closest to his left hand so he is picken Arizona :). Just sayin. Also since he has scheduled a visit doesn't that mean we are realistic in his top 5?
And look at him...he is obviously a distant relative to coach miller. ;)
It would be funny if Adam Miller committed you would have to say Adam all the time or you would be talking about coach Miller I keep saying if Arizona lands Adam Miller puff Johnson an dawson Garcia they all shoot with there left hand.

That would be an interesting concept.
I am sure the media analysts would have a field day with that one.
As for the recruiting, I have always been a fan of lefties.
I am pulling for Miller to bring in both Garcia/Johnson for obvious reasons.
Both are long, athletic, can shoot from deep and could play both big/wing spots for us.
With Koloko are but guaranteed to start for us at C in 2020, I would like to see Miller surround him with shooters like the 2008 Orlando Magic did with Dwight Howard.
If Arizona landed puff an Adam Miller both players can shoot it well from 3.

I'm pretty sure a kid named Jordan Brown is guaranteed to start for us at center 1n 2020 with Lee at the power forward position. Koloko will come off the bench
I could see ira at the 4 or Zeke if that's if zeke is not one an done.

I'm not going to put my money on IL starting in 2020.
I can easily see a Koloko/Brown starting lineup.
I got brown at center an Zeke at pf. If Zeke is still is here If not IRA would be the only pf. On team sure though Miller will bring in another big probaley will seek a forward that can space the court hopefully dawson garcia.

At the point of me writing this, I believe Nnaji will be the 3rd freshman we lose to the NBA.
If that does not happen, I agree Nnaji/Brown will be our starting bigs and Koloko/Lee off the bench.
I also think if Zeke leaves an is one an done much better odds of landing dawson Garcia who is also from Minnesota.
Miller visiting right now
https://twitter.com/TheMacIrvinFire/status/1166829009834926080
I thought he was visiting asu today I am confused Jake from stockrisers said he was at asu today an even Adam Miller Twitter had him visiting asu today.
But if he is visiting today great I hope Sean can work his magic with adam.
Looks like a good fit to me about 😼

Same here
The one thing I may add is we all know now days alot of recruits now days alot of them do that so it does not mean much though that Arizona Jersey looks like it belongs.

Nice glad Sean Miller is pursuing Adam an watching him .
Glad to hear I see experts are not giving Arizona much a chance to land Adam Miller it seems like all the talk is illionis or asu it seems Sean is trying to change that.
Arizona makes Adam Miller's final 6.
https://twitter.com/TiptonEdits/status/1178022005574115328
Nice I expected arizona to make his top 6 now see where it goes from here see if arizona can take control .
Miller is committing on 11/21/19. He has the wildcats in his top 3, but he's going to commit to Illinois.
https://twitter.com/AceWolf44/status/1193972443024691202
Too bad but I knew he was most likely going there Arizona is probably second it's funny that asu did not make list at one time some analyst thought he may go there hopefully applies the pressure to walton Arizona needs him.
Damn. Wouldn't it be fun to beat the Illini next year in a Zona uni?
Intersting Corey Evan's thinks Arizona is really pushing for adam miller but it seems like illionis will be the choice I do wonder why he is waiting to sign with them though considering they are not in any trouble if he came here I could understand him waiting to sign.
where do you see that we are pushing for him JD?
On corey Evan's twitter Tuesday I also saw on 247 a analyst mentioning that Arizona was going after adam miller an they were a threat that was where the crystal ball picks are on 247 I wish Arizona could get him but he is surging in crystal ball picks to illionis an Arizona has none.
https://twitter.com/CjHolmes22/status/1196987197578076161
Looks like Miller doesn't want to pick Illinois if their current PG & his former HS teammate Ayo Dosunmu is still on the team. He was already his backup in HS and doesn't want to be in his shadow again.
If Ayo is going to remain on the Illini then Miller should pick Arizona so that he can go club them next year at Illinois.
It's crazy if so all the picks are for illionis on 247 an there is 9 picks none arizona.
This would be a nice pickup he can shoot the 3 an score the ball plus they say he can defend the one an 2 position an he is a athlete.
If he does commit to Arizona that means we want ayo to stay another year so he does not think about decommiting.
This would be a awesome still from illionis the only thing that would scare me is if he changed his mind by next April since he cant sign his letter till next April we want ayo to stay another year than..
One comment on an Illinois board said that Miller has "secretly signed" with Illinois.

Isn't that what Wild said with Puff? These recruitments are always fun the watch unravel.
The word is silent commit. There is nothing binding about it. Many coaches get the silent commits but lose them because they take other visits. That is why some coaches pull the scholarship offer from recruits that take other visits after committing. That can be a hard thing to do when you are talking about a top 50 type player.
I got my Hope's up a little but now not so much considering no recruting analyst have picked him to Arizona maybe he will pick illionis he cant sign till next April an if ayo is staying maybe he decommits from there an reopens that could happen or if ayo leaves he signs there I am waiting to see if josh gershon an jason scheer put there picks in for miller.

Funny how recruiting works.
You want to come here, but want the guarantee that player "X" won't be here?
The chances of that happening seemed high to begin with.
So why didn't you think of hiring the pause button back then?
Boy these teenagers nowadays...

Jason Scheer picked Illinois. Still 100% Illinois (11 picks). Looks like that ship has fully sailed.
The Illinois board is saying that Miller secretly signed his NLI yesterday and will be publicly committing to Illinois today.
Yea I got my Hope's up for nothing he would have been a nice player can really shoot it arizona is running out of options we only have walton ziaire an this kid ben mathurin who does not play here so I dont know anything about him.

Patience Jdmarti...
We had no idea about this Mathurin prospect a few months ago.
Miller will find the players, we just need to be patient while he turns over every stone (figuratively).

TBH, I think our dry spell, more than anything else, is the result of turning over our entire assistant coaching staff over the last two years. We lost out on Miller because Illinois has been on him for three years now. New staff means starting at the beginning with building relationships 2+ years out.
So, didn't help that the idiot Heeke let Phelps (and the players he was recruiting) go for no reason.
Your right uk we often forget about losing mark phelps who was the top recruiter in the pac12 until arizona let him go for no reason when I say top recruiter I mean amongst assistant coaches.

That too can be another reason, or be THE reason.
Either way, winning will begin to close that gap.
We are 6-0, ranked #14 in the nation, and appear to be trending upward?
I'll take that for now...

Hopefully the OSU NOA will also help. We're going to get an NOA, but it will likely only mean a loss of scholarships and/or probation. Without that cloud, we'll be good.
