This is a show big out on by the UofA admin. The UofA admin went into panic mode once word got out that Lloyd and the UofA already had a deal in place. There was push back from current candidates, former players, and boosters. This is all just a facade to make it seem as if there was never a deal made and all the candidates had a fair shot. I stand by my post that an agreement was made with Lloyd. I do understand that things could change, but my sources have told me it's a done deal. Hopefully it'll be official sooner than later. [hide login=1]Update: My sources are still reporting to me that our next coach will be Tommy Lloyd. The news being leaked by a certain website (Can't help it) and the push back by the former players have caused Robbins to delay the announcement and make it seem as if they're laying off Lloyd. The only reason Matt Brase is getting an interview is at the request of former players. Blair may be next.

Lloyd isn't getting upset or changing his mind because of the delay and others interviewing. He knows he's got the job and the UofA admin are just going through the motions.

If Lloyd somehow gets cold feet then it'll be a very bad look for Robbins. Just hang in there Wildcat fans. It'll be over soon. [/hide]
