Sean Miller watching Devon Dotson 6'2" / 180 lbs PG On team Charlotte in the 17u championship.

"I don't have any visits set, but I do know I want to get out to see Arizona soon, but I haven't set anything up."
"I like the style of play they have. Coach (Sean) Miller talks to my family a lot and says I fit their style," said Dotson of the Wildcats. "I am very interested in how they play, and they say they need a dynamic point guard to come in from day one, so I like that." per Scout.com

So with Miller obviously interested in a second PG for the 2018 class it would be safe to assume that he would like to play Barcello and/or Brandon Williams off the ball quite a bit?

That' exactly right. Both can create their own shot and play SG along with PG. Miller wants to elite Point Guards for 2018.

With two elite PGs, plus D.Smith, B.Randolph and whoever we bring in 2018, I think A.Barcello could see himself getting A LOT of competition for minutes.
Don't let R.Barrett reclassify and come to Arizona, I do not see how all blue-chip recruits do not jump him like they did J.Mayes when he was here.
The situations resemble one another, except the talent is better in 2028 as it was in 2010.

To your point on Barcello fighting for minutes, one of my greatest fears for this incoming class of 2017 is that they wont see the bigger picture, that the majority of the team will be graduating or declaring early at the end of the season.  Therefore their roles will expand a lot in the 2018-19 season.  This season, though, Lee, Barcello, Smith and even Randolph may not get the playing time they want.  I just hope they can deal with that knowing their time will come the following season and beyond.

That is the hardest part to deal with (in my opinion) when you are used to being the man in your area, then you come to Arizona where everyone here used to be that man.
It happened with G.York and G.Jerrett back in 2012; York almost transferred out and Jerrett went to the NBA, again in 2015 with C.Victor.
The point is, I do not see any of them having a problem with it as long as they know that 2018 things will be different losing 6-7 bodies.
Wait, but that means that we are going to bring in 6-7 freshmen?

I don't know how this is going to play out, but I am eager to see how things are going to shake out with this season and the arrival of our 2018 recruiting class.

Dotson is really good at getting to the basket, drawing the foul & finding the open man. I hope we get him.

You rather we get him over J.Quinerly?
Some believe we lead after his visit and he happens to be the #1 PG in the country.

They actually just played against each other. Posting that up in it's own thread now that you mentioned this MV.
