Not sure if Miller is still chasing ratings, or if this is simply a coincidence, but all five of Miller's priority recruits are among the top 80 prospects in the 2018 recruiting class per 24/7:

I think it  just worked out that way he has a good eye for talent and a lot of the guys are becoming 5 star talent
