What's the attraction with Nevada?

Possible top ten preseason team within a few hours of his home without a single player on their roster taller than 6'8 I suppose
Yeah and their top three players all declared for the NBA Draft.
The Martin twins and their star G that got hurt late in the year.

It has that Brandon McCoy vibe, go to a mid-major and dominate so you don't hurt your stock.

That's the million dollar question.
All he said (last) was sometime in May.
We're only a week (roughly) in, so we have about three more to go before we start asking that question.

Jordan Brown has already visited Nevada -- twice (both unofficially).  Why would he visit a third time -- unless it were to commit?  I therefore take his cancellation of this weekend's visit as good news. Hope springs eternal...

Jordan Brown's recruitment just seems like one of the most abnormal ones I've kept track of in a while lol.  Thought he wanted to be near home, then Nevada popped into the equation.  Of course, Reno and Norcal aren't too far away from each other.  Also, he was going to take his last official to a place he had already unofficially visited twice?  When he still hasn't been to one of the schools in his final 3(to my knowledge).  Just weird.  Anyhoo, hope we land this kid!  Still think we need a front court player, especially because I still have worries about Luther's foot.

Jordan Brown - You're on the clock. We'd love for you to be next!

As a Roseville native, if he (Brown) wanted to be close to home, he would have committed to Cal.
Yet UCLA was the heavy favorite?
Then O'Neal commits, Brown is looking elsewhere, but still uses that "wants to stay close to home" bit?
If that's the case, it's Cal, but I don't think that's all it is to it.
