ESPN has made a correction to their story about the Miller-Dawkins conversation.

The correction reflects that the alleged conversation took place in Spring of 2016, not Spring of 2017

The big problem with this is that the FBI wire taps didn't start until 2017. Busted!

So, if this were true, it would mean that there is no recording of Miller and Dawkins discussing a payment to Deandre, correct?

This is totally insane.  I HOPE THAT U OF A ATTORNEYS ARE ON THIS AND PLAN TO TAKE SOME ACTION.  SO UNFAIR!!!

Here it is folks. The first time the prospect of paying coaches at Arizona was raises was February 2017. Ayton signed his LOI to Arizona in November 2016. It just keeps getting better!

Even though this was the first mention of coaches being paid, dosent mean that any players werent previously paid to be steered to UA. Good news with this is if there was wiretaps/other evidemce prior to this, then you would think Miller would've have already been indicted and brought to light before Book was brought in. Until the fbi itself releases any other information we can only speculate that Book had more wrongdoing then Miller at any point in this until some actual charges prove otherwise.

Random question, does anyone know how long Miller would be allowed to sit out/be placed on leave if the fbi doesn't produce anything further to the public or espn decided to stick with their sources, before he or ua would have to make a decision on his long term employment status

It's starting to look like the story about how much Coach Miller can/would get from the UofA may turn into how much he can get from ESPN to ADD to his UofA income!  This is starting to look like a real circus and the demise of ESPN.  I wonder what the name of the new sports organization will be?

Wow, this is looking like ESPN brought to you by Dan Rather.

Is the FBI simply inept--or is it politically corrupt to the core? Inquiring minds need to know. How long before the DOJ intervenes?
