Jeff Goodman goes off on Will Wade

Goodman has always been professional about separating his journalism from his loyalty to Arizona, which I completely respect.  Some national writers are biased to their alma mater...or in the case of Dookie V, their friends' programs.

Despite knowing Wade for almost 20 years, JG did NOT act like his friend.  I'm proud that he publicly ripped a head coach for bending the recruiting rules, which are already ruining the sport of college basketball.

The game is intended for "college student athletes".  If these kids want to make money, they can go pro internationally (or in the G-League) from ages 17-18 and within the NBA from 19+.  $5,000,000 to an adult basketball player is absurd, especially if/when he's on a team with a 26 year-old.
