Well, I agree.

But seems like when I say this, I get push back. Perhaps it is my unfiltered nature and affinity for the truth.

When you say it, you tend to be more on the extreme pessimistic side of things, and you normally do not ever seem to land on the optimistic side, or even in the middle very often lol.
I have been able to read through some of the emotion in your posts to get the point of the message so I am able to read it and progress the conversation.
