The coaching comparison isn't close.  Lloyd isn't stubborn and is willing to mix up his defensive strategy.  When he tells the preseason media that he wants to "run", he does it.

I was a huge fan of Miller while he was in Tucson but watching his teams is like watching paint dry.  Recruits hate that style of play and the transfers were equally fluid during his tenure, which says a lot because the landscape of basketball has changed and it's now common for entire starting rosters to bail on their coaches.

Both men understand the game of basketball better than 99% of college coaches.  They have very different styles and they allow their players to determine the outcomes of the games (as you mentioned).

If we had Henri, Arizona would unquestionably be #1 in the country because we truly need another experienced big man on the roster, primarily for depth purposes.  Otherwise, the Cats are stacked.

Perhaps we'll see a Final Four for the first time in 25 years.  It's a sad dry spell for our program.

If recruits hated it so much, they sure didn't show it until Book got caught. So I don't buy what you are selling.

Blame Caleb Love for brokering that UNC deal for Henri. Miller wouldn't have allowed that to transpire.

You recall that Love transferred AWAY from UNC, right?  He was never selling the concept to Henri; he strictly told him about the culture and landscape of their program, before Veesaar made a decision.

Lloyd would have never let his only point guard (Momo Jones) leave for a low D-1 opportunity, unless he had a true backfill in place.

Momo was not a good PG.

Love brokered the deal.

Live with it.

But Momo was the only point guard. Unless you think Josiah Turner was the answer.

Your Love theory sounds similar to accusations of Ohio residents eating cats. Show me proof.
