Good jersey, wrong team. DC should have moved from 18 to 14. Will Riley is a beast though. Pretty much redundant for them however. Wing City for DC. Spurs... well, Carter won't sniff the floor until Vassell, Keldon Johnson, and Harrison Barnes are gone. Dylan Harper will have a tough time as well unless Castle is willing to split minutes.

No one "good" has worn it, I guess would be the point. Carter is good. Better than good. Elite.

Everyone knows the best picks come around the 13-15 range habitually.
