WOW.  Wonderful balance of encouragement and discipline...yet she is ALWAYS intense.

This is what we need in Tucson.  A great offensive mind that gets our girls to work hard but enjoy themselves on the court.  HUGE contrast from the previous staff, who just had the "next player up" mentality.

Can't wait to see the ladies in person.
