Meant to say Bona, not Mara.

I wish Bradley's numbers were better than Boswell's during Bam Bam'a slump but neither player put up stats worth sharing. 2 of 4 FT's, one missed shot and one assist in 17 minutes is weak.

It felt like Pelle was the best point guard on the floor!

It's the peripherals.

There is no true PG on this roster. We have 4, maybe 5 SGs if you want to consider Pelle or KJ SGs. I consider them SGs.

1 Rebound, 1 assist, 1 steal, 2/4 from the FT Line.

That is what makes Bradley a more effective player than Boswell. The willingness to get in there and compete as opposed to the slower, casual approach that leads me to believe Boswell is more concerned with how his game "looks" than how it is translating to the "system".

However, during this specific comeback, I think Boswell was very steady and he hit the only shot he made the entire night during that stretch which was a 3pt shot. He plays calm yet unphased at times. It's not unlike Kerr. He is better than Kerr by a lot, but he really may be better off coming in off the bench. I believe he is better than most 2nd unit Guards and if his game is "on" then Tommy can ride him for long periods. This means I believe Boswell should be coming in around 15-16min left in the 1st half and check his temperature. If nothing else, the opponent may still be on their 1st unit, a little bit gassed if we start uptempo and Boswell can capitalize, or it can be Sub for Sub where I think Boswell has the upper hand.

This specific game definitely gave me March Madness vibes. A smaller school or just a completely different style having a great game right away against us, punching the higher seed in the mouth HARD. Making all the shots they normally miss or wouldn't make often. Blow after Blow. And this time we saw Arizona overcome it. I think this style of game is the type that really helps a struggling team like ours.

The only difference is in March Madness the crowd will be virally foaming at the mouth rooting for the opponent. That can be a big problem. Our crowd was probably the most patient I have seen it be in... ever? I don't know how many times we tried to make a run and then we gave up a back breaking 3 or easy dunk/layup in transition.
