Last season, Tubelis, Kerr, Mathurin and Koloko ran the length of the court better than almost everybody at their respective positions within the Pac-12.  They were more agile and athletic than the US-born  D-1 players.

My point was that foreign players aren't slower than US players (unless you purposely bring in traditional bigs like Ballo, Ristic or Kyryl).
