What's the minimum you have to deposit and the minimum betting amount required on a parlay? Do they pay out right away and if so how and what's the fee?

Personally "I don't gamble and don't promote gambling" if someone wanted to hypothetically gamble in a legal state they could use Bovada or Sportsbook.ag I believe unless they wanted to do it with a trusted friend.  If I were to ever bet (which I wouldn't) on a parlay the minimum one should bet is $10.00.
