This is what I have been thinking as well.
With our American/Canadien prospects, the looming FBI investigation is going to scare them off (intentionally).
Miller is going to have to find another way to recruit elite talent and keep Arizona on top until the official verdict comes down.
Prospects from overseas are going to have to be fillers until Miller is able show these boys that we are still elite.

Agreed.  Luckily there are some really good foreign big men this year!  I think recruits just want to know that the program is stable, that Miller wont be fired, etc.  Think it is highly prejudicial the way the FBI situation has been reported by ESPN(the god of NCAA sports perception)... USC and Arizona especially being singled out.
Bear Down.

Any news on the Froling recruitment?  He was supposed to decide shortly after his visit to Arizona.

Yeah, this couldn't have been a better year to have a good crop of Euro bigs to come into the United States.
We are going to lose a TON of talent after this season, with Alkins/Trier/Ayton leaving eligibility on the table, and PJC/Pinder/Ristic/Denny to graduation.
Our team is going to be set on the outside for 3-4 years being loaded with underclassmen.
Smith will be our oldest perimeter player returning after his RS Sophomore season.
We don't have any true sophomores, and then Barcello/Randolph/Akot are all freshmen.

It is going to be hard to replace all seven players with impact freshmen.
I am hoping Miller is able to get 1-2 transfers, regular or grad, that could ease the need to find HS prospects to fill all those spots.

I am not sure about the program's stability, but I wouldn't bet on Miller being fired.
Yeah Arizona is pseudo-elite, but we wouldn't have a long line of coaches that would be lining up to coach here compared to a say Duke/Kentucky/Kansas/North Carolina.

Louisville was the first program that got all the press because it was an Adidas investigation.
Then when the FBI found out it was bigger than that, and there were some Nike schools involved, the two biggest schools were Arizona and USC.
You put the biggest programs in your lead to get the audience's attention.
Do you think many people would have really paid attention to this investigation if Auburn/Georgia Tech were the only schools mentioned in it?
