Mamba Mathurin acting like the True Starter he should be, but the Jet Terry role that he is for this team right now. He hit big shots for UofA. He is hitting big shots in the NBA FINALS. Can't say more good things about the Mamba. He is a Max Player and the world is finally learning what some of us here knew all along. Miller made some amazing recruits amidst the worst betrayal I've ever seen in College Athletics History from a School's Athletic Department to a Coach that brought the entire program back from the grave to higher heights than anyone else would have starting with Nothing in Short Order.

Unfortunately Carlisle mismanaged the 4th Quarter and got baited into playing starters straight up. OKC finally found a way to get in the Pacers heads. SGA played at a MVP level down the stretch and the Pacers flatlined by not going to Siakam at all.

Not playing TJ or Mamba Mathurin much in the 4th led to being cold when called upon late with those 3 key missed Free Throws.

That is NBA Finals Basketball for you. The script tightens up, we have a 2-2 and it appears Thunder in 6 is on the table if Indy can't shake off what just transpired and push this to a Game 7. I will be shocked if they can win Game 5 and it will be a grind in Game 6 if they have any spirit at all left in them. OKC could easily win by 40 in a G6 closeout scenario on the Road. Seen it before. Games like tonight are backbreakers for underdogs.
