The Final Four

I don't know about anyone else, but even for an ALL #1 SEED FINAL FOUR... there has been MINIMAL coverage of this. So I think I need to stand corrected when I said that winning the Elite 8 really only meant about 6 days or so of extra coverage.. Fact is, there is almost no coverage until probably Thursday or maybe even Friday.

So there, I stand corrected in the litany of times I said that making the FF really just meant an extra week of coverage. Maybe there is some local coverage, but the National coverage slate of just about every other sport including Baseball Opening Day, the Portal, and the McDonald's All American Game has actually buried the lead big time.

Friends and colleagues here reminisce about Arizona teams that "they remember". 1997 and 2001 are the ONLY teams they recall, with an occasional 2005 honorable mention (because of the huge collapse).

Final Fours are engrained in people's minds. Not the "what if's".
