Bill Self masterclass today vs Tommy. Kansas has been garbage all year and made that look Easy.

Tommy has no plan. Never activates that Press until 1 Minute left down 2-3 possessions.

Has no idea how to coach vs ANY team that has a Tall skilled Big.

It is extremely obvious that Henri could have taken 10 3pt shots today if he wanted to and Dickenson wasn't going to guard him. Tommy never tried to get Hunter in foul trouble. No X's and O's.

Bill Self just drew it all up. Stopped every run. Called his plays and easily pulled forward down the stretch in what optically looked like a close game on the scoreboard at some points, but was never close at all on the actual court.

And how about that Zeke Mayo kid who literally was torching us today and not 1 player could be bothered to even lift their arm to close out on the kid.

This team is going to be lucky if they are Seeded 4 or 5 at this point and depending on the matchup we may just be out right away if we are against a couple of 6'11" Skilled Bigs from a smaller school or 6'7" athletic 240lb "mini-bigs" who will be unguardable by Tobe or Townsend.

To think that Tommy over-recruited "Bigs" and he doesn't have 1 viable Big on the roster... He had all season to get Eman Stephen ready for this moment. He had all year to get Carter Bryant the ball and let him take over these type of games.

If I were selecting on Sunday, this is a True 7 Seed, 6 seed being generous. I'm expecting a 50/50 matchup Round 1 vs a team that has momentum from the First Four.

Only way it changes is if we win the Big12 Tournament and sneak back up to a 4 or 5 seed, but the damage has been done.

We do not pass any of the tests.

Literally lost our way into March Madness LOL

Do our "media members" ever ask about this?

His refusal to play Carter significant, regular minutes was criminal. If Carter leaves we basically didn't get to capitalize on his time here at all.

Will be extremely surprised if this team makes it past the first weekend. Fair chance we don't win again this year

Good luck to any team playing at Kansas on Senior night. Having said that, I can't understand why Del Orso was out there at all. Every good three Kansas got seemed like a result of Del Orso getting beat defensively. If they aren't going to run some offense to get Delly open shots then there is no reason to play him. This team has the talent to make a run, but the low IQ and constant dumb mistakes are going to be very difficult hurdles to overcome. At this point I don't think our seed matters. If we play good we can beat anybody.

Delly turned the ball over twice and was immediately yanked for the remainder of the first half. If Bryant had covered Mayo along the perimeter, Lloyd would have likely left him in for the remainder of the game.

Dickinson was throwing illegal screens ALL night and the whistle never blew once. As a result, KU took advantage of the motion offense and always had an open mid range shot. Props to them for executing on Senior Day.

My only coaching frustration was the fact that Stephen wasn't on the court. KJ Adams would have turned him over a couple times but at least we could put a big body on Dickinson, to see if we can force a few bad outside shots.

Arizona fans flooded AFH and it was a fun environment. Thousands more are traveling for the conference tourney and it would be nice to win a couple more, prior to the NCAA Tourney (which everybody on this site assumed we wouldn't make in December).

Yes, that's Coach Brennan on the left...

Delly did make his 1 shot I believe, but Tommy doesn't call for X's and O's. So a spot shooter like Delly is just in the wrong place similar to Townsend. Both really don't belong in this system.

Here is the issue with this comment --->

If you say this, then you are telling me Tommy is not coaching this team actively through coachable/teachable/learning moments and he just picks his gameplan and lives + dies by it.

We only have so many viable players as it is. He can't just "yank" 2 players with a 7 man rotation. I am not sure what point Tommy is trying to prove. We only have 2 games left now guaranteed. The rest is up to how well the team plays and I think we have our moments, but this year they have not been sustained. Yanking players doesn't help anything.

I don't see how that is productive.
