Grateful and Proud of our Athletic Programs.

Lots of ups and downs and drama and heartache the last few years. Have to say I am thankful that Arizona is where it is!
Greg B got us into the red financially, Scumlin got us desparte enough to hire Fisch, Fisch took us to new heights only to spurn us with heartache. But, he did leave us with talent. Lost a legend in Lute and finally Lloyd has us stable for the moment. Adia looks to be getting things straight as well. So many thought Hale was a bad hire, hmmm. Looks pretty solid at the moment after Johnson broke our hearts and bolted, taking players with him. Lost a legend Candrea and Lowe has us in a good spot.
The RR drama which turned out to be smush which lead to the Scumlim years of shame. The mismanagement of money's/budget to be in a real hole debt wise.
We have a nice FB facility! Very nice facilities overall.
I am grateful to be where we are considering all of the ups and downs we have had.
Great success in Tennis, Golf, etc...
Now heading to the B12? Screw the PAC!

Sad, not one mention of the Penguin who never said die, Sean Miller, who revitalized Arizona Basketball getting to 3 Elite 8s and 2 Sweet Sixteens, winning Pac 12 Titles and Tournaments for a Decade and made A Player's Program a place that could compete for the #1 Overall prospect in any class, any year, assembling any type of talent on a whim and the man who also single handedly brought International Recruiting to the spotlight when he could have easily hid in his mansion while a completely false and nonsensical FBI investigation went on that sent Book Richardson to prison while we now see only a few years later the disgusting money that is now transparently, openly being tossed around to young kids to literally groom them - yes Groom is there word - to the whims of Adults in positions of power and authority. Everyone should have went to prison with Book. Every single Coach, Assistant, Scout, Parent/Handler of recruits. All of them. But only a very few had to fall on that sword to get to where we are now.

This may largely be swept under the rug, but the Arizona situation is/was actually historic.

The torch was passed in a bizarre way to Tommy Lloyd who hit the ground running with Miller's players and final contributions to the program. I am respectful enough to include / not omit a Legendary Arizona Coach from the written diaspora.

The rest of what you said is mostly what happened.

Could have added the Greg B, Dave Heeke, Stoops, CSM, Pres Robbins and a few more in there.

CSM and CJF actually recruited at the higher levels and left both programs loaded with talent. CSM by choice and CJF by spurn. You know the players were spurned first.
