Arizona has recently emphasized "balance" because they don't want every play to go through one player. The dating recruiting Josiah Turner as a primary ball handler are gone. Lloyd has three guys that can bring the ball up the court and four guys that could lead the conference in assists if we wanted to be one dimensional (like other coaches).

This comment makes no sense.

The entire team stands around watching Caleb Love. Tommy brought in a ball hog. When they aren't watching Caleb, they are watching Keshad try to dunk everything instead of use fundamentals.

If Caleb wasn't the best player on this team by leaps and bounds he would be a Gilbert Arenas level elite 6th man, but Boswell is a major problem for this team currently and Tommy is sitting on his hands too scared to make the switch to Bradley.

Awesome swagger, but not good basketball. Without Caleb, this is a 6 or 7 loss team right now. Tommy needs to fix this before we lose the Conference by virtue of playing horrible basketball early in the Conference slate.

If Lloyd in the press conference talks about how good Stanford is, blah blah blah, I'm going to puke
Arizona played like garbage.

Caleb Love takes 19% of Arizona's shots. He plays 15% of the team's total minutes, so they're definitely not "standing around and watching him", especially considering the fact that the Cats are 5th nationally in assists (which proves that it isn't Kentucky 1v1 isolation basketball).

Stanford isn't a better team than Arizona and we played poorly but if you seriously think that the Cardinal didn't play a great game by knocking down shots that they don't typically make, you're just allowing your emotions to get to you.

To put it in perspective, they shot 3 of 20 from 3 against SDSU. Not because the Aztecs play better defense but it was a result of having a lucky night. We'll lose more games in the conference but this won't be a common box score against Arizona while Lloyd is in charge.

No one wants Arizona to fail, but I think you are disrespecting Stanford big time. Some teams have much better coaching efforts. Even Cal put up 55 on us in the 2nd half because we lost our discipline. Askew was in everyone's face all 2nd half. We didn't play with any edge at all. Going through the motions isn't going to prepare us for the fight to come. Did you see Georgia's 3rd and 4th stringers stop playing football vs Florida State? No. They won by 60. "Different Sport", but not Different Mentality. Kids there know if they don't perform they aren't going to get minutes. Some of our backups that came in with KJ, Boswell on the court down the stretch and ran through the motions and didn't play like this was their ONLY Opportunity. All the Bad habits carried over for the main stays that were in the game and the bench players - in this case Krivas/Boro couldn't show enough to get anything going vs Stanford? Instead we basically got a Paulius sighting and he made a couple 3's then was a deer in headlights.

Tommy is still used to being a Big Fish in a Small Pond which is the Gonzaga mentality. No, the sky isn't falling, but this is the Fair Criticism portion of the show. I've made plenty of Due Credit posts when they are earned.
