Tapley is the nation's No. 37 rated athlete and No. 12 overall prospect in the state of Arizona for the 2024 class, per the 247Sports rankings. He initially committed to the Sun Devils in mid April over the likes of Arizona, Iowa State, Kansas and Oregon.
