The suit is settled but there's still a possibility that Aiken faces criminal charges.  Still baffling to me...

I honestly forgot about Aiken. He disappeared. One day here, next day gone. Poof. Tucson media didn't even push too much on the situation. It's like some Ghouls made sure that no one talked about it. Stinks of the way Elliott Pitts was disappeared for a while too. Tucson has grown a lot since my day, but still seems pretty tight knit when it comes to Arizona Basketball.

Alleged acts included multiple incidents in which they forcefully restrained victims while violently grabbing their genital area," of "Aiken was charged with one count of second degree criminal sexual penetration (aided or abetted by another), five counts of false imprisonment, three counts of fourth degree criminal sexual contact (aided or abetted by another) and one count each of conspiracy to commit criminal sexual contact (aided or abetted by another) and false imprisonment – conspiracy."

I think that refers to offenses where Aiken, Washington, and Bradley ganged up on victims, which, effectively, applies to just about everything they did.
