I'm confused.  He sent photos to a separate female...but the suit was filed by a male that isn't receiving his salary?  Poorly phrased article.

I'm not certain, but it sounds like the male in the lawsuit is suing for not getting paid by Lofton and the company while citing the fact another co-worker has a complaint about Ken Lofton showing her his penis as evidence of misconduct by Lofton and the LLC.
What a mess.
