Would Mighty Mouse seriously consider a jump from Pacific to Grand Canyon?  Doesn't seem like much of an upgrade, but a "for profit" school likely has the money to lure him away.

I'd like to see Pitino.  What a funny situation if he seriously ended up in Phoenix.

Wow. They fired Dan after one bad season. Must be more than that.  I say see if Damon would come here as the Associate HC.  :)

He was the head coach at GCU for 7 years with the program losing momentum. They hired Bryce Drew which is a good hire

Yup. Bryce Drew is a nice long term grab. He fits the mold as a small school (and religious) figure that should be able to recruit.
