This was a hell of a team.

As much as this hurts for us as fans, it doesn't compare to what those players are feeling right now after giving everything they had.

This group will be remembered as one of the all-time great teams Arizona has ever had. Not just for how far you went, but for what you gave us. Something to believe in. Something to rally behind. Something to love.

Thank you. This year was special. This team was special.

Tommy, back to work. You get the weekend to recoup. Portal opens on Tuesday.

I took my notes on the game, but in reality, I do not care to post them.
I am just happy Arizona had a team that lived up to the hype.
I came into this season predicting Arizona would be the 5th best Big 12 program.
I predicted their record would be somewhere around 23-8 if I remember correctly.
To not only run through that record before Big 12 play was up, but to sweep the Big 12, earn a #1 seed and run through your entire region to make it to the Final Four?

Arizona could not force Michigan to miss enough to stay in the game, but dammit we made it back to a Final Four!
Now that Lloyd has tasted one?
Let's see how quickly he can reload and make another run!

Awesome season of mostly highs. Thank you to every player and the staff. Program is headed in the right direction.

Looking forward to seeing what we have to go with on the roster next year.

Arizona fans expected success...not nothing close to the accomplishments that this team attained throughout the season.

Despite witnessing the rough game in Indy firsthand, I'm ecstatic that this group overachieved.

The players truly love each other, the coaches want to continue building towards the future, the fanbase was excited and we'll hang a new banner in November.

If anyone had said in October that we'd lose a bad game in the final 4 and finish 36-3, they'd been heartily laughed at. If they had somehow proven it, we'd have all been ecstatic.  I think this is the best, most talented team Arizona team ever. They just happened to run into a buzz saw and had a bad game at the same time. Better this week than last. Had it happened last week, my funk would have lasted a month (or more). As it is, my funk is relatively minor.
