Congrats.  He'll be missed in Tucson because the players LOVE him.

I wonder if he's actually earning more money as a head coach, as opposed to our assistant.  I assume so.

I will say it since no one else will.

College Football needs to adopt a NFL style rule where when Coaches leave programs, the program should either receive a buyout fee from the other school AND the NCAA should grant the program losing the Coach maybe up to 3 to 5 extra Roster Spots for Scholarships that are FUNDED by the College who Poaches the Coach.

We are hitting a point where Coaching Mercenary Hires is becoming a problem and Boosters/Communities spend crazy millions of dollars to get these contracts broken, but it never really helps the team losing the coach at all.
