Can you still do a writeup on why
we lucked out and should have lost?

I know you are being funny/sarcastic right now, but for the 26mins or so in this game, I truly believed that Alabama played like they wanted to win this game.
I don't want to ruin my notes that I put in the post-game thread, but until that 12-1 run around the 12min mark, Arizona was getting punked by Alabama.
Something clicked and Arizona started to punch back until Alabama curled up into the fetal position and waited for someone to come and help them.

What I will say is that of the teams we played, I could see why all of them were considered projected 1st round picks.
I could not see it in Philon, and maybe that is because I see too much of Morant (Ja) in his game, just with a better jumper.
The analysts brought up how he could have went in the 1st round last season, but decided to come back and would be a lottery pick this year?
I am not a NBA scout, and everyone has bad games, but he did not flash lead guard to me even with this being a bad game for him.
Arizona might have exposed him, but I will continue to keep tabs on him and a lot of the other elite teams we played this season.

Bama's biggest momentum swing was the end of the first half...and they only led by 2 at the break (never led by more than 6).

Arizona kept them in check, despite a slow start on offense.

Philpy is legit. He made tough contested jumpers, drew contact and forced us to send second defenders while he ran the perimeter. Fortunately, he tried to do too much and we forced some nice turnovers with defensive pressure.

^ This right here.

We were on the ropes at times relative to what we are used to. Bama gave us their best punch. We absorbed it and hung in there, but it was not looking great to have to chase Bama for 60% of the game until Burries just randomly went hambone. Take the Flurries by Burries away and it was a much different story.

KansasCityCats

If Burries were out, Delly would have been more aggressive on offense and somebody else would have stepped up.  This team is balanced enough to survive when 1-2 players struggle on offense.

I can't speak in absolutes like that. We only have an 8 man team. All of which are needed at all times.
