Oscar Rios, a four-star quarterback from Downey High School in California, committed to the Arizona Wildcats, choosing them over UCLA in a highly anticipated decision. Rated by 247Sports as the No. 10 quarterback and No. 146 overall prospect in the 2026 class, Rios brings a dual-threat skill set to Tucson. In his junior season, he threw for 2,554 yards, 22 touchdowns, and six interceptions while rushing for 735 yards and 11 touchdowns, showcasing his ability to impact games through the air and on the ground.
