Hard disagree. Tommy made it very clear he wasn't going to allow the payroll increase. Tommy is cheap. I call it how it is. So we get a Tony Del Orso instead of a Sanon.
When did Lloyd say this? Please quote him saying that.

Please quote where Sanon said he will not come to Arizona because he did not want anything to do with playing with Caleb Love. It goes both ways.

Their rumored "sit down/meeting at the summit to discuss the future of the history of the universe" was just that. A rumor.

A tweet means nothing.

You want to believe what Mike Luke tells you? Go ahead.

Sanon was all about his tokens. He didn't get them. Caleb got it. That was the prevailing factor. Sanon would have chucked his shots and he would have outshined Love by now. When the money is spent, it is spent. Can't put the toothpaste back in the tube.

In fact Mike Luke used to rant and rave about KJ being a de facto starter and there was no compromise on that. KJ is already ASKING to come off the bench because he values winning and contributing. So in the end, Tommy just didn't want the payroll getting out of control.

He got scared. I admit it. Others are admitting it or starting to come around to admitting it. He is a novice Head Coach. It is definitely understandable for him to be scared. When the payroll is high, there are high expectations. From the payors and the players - not even counting the fans.

News flash to Tommy - The fear he had... it is there no matter what. He is to perform no matter what. That is what we are seeing a failure in this year.

We need a GM. Tommy should just coach the team. He doesn't need to be fumbling the bag on roster building like this. I still hope he can pull it all together.
who's gonna tell him we already have a GM? LMFAO
BTFD!

Matt King, if that is who you are referring to, is not a real GM. He is President of Basketball Operations. This is why I posted about a GM search. I even doubt anyone on the roster has even met King in any meaningful way.

You can find the roster here.

We need a true GM.

Sanon transferring to St John's.

I felt he had a chance to go pro. Maybe he will hedge and still test the waters.

If someone has the Financials of his NIL deal post it.

I think he will be better off on St John's and Pitino will be a good coach for him because he definitely won't put up with any shit as we saw he benched the Big East Player of the Year to prove a point.

Either way, not surprised. ASU is a hell hole. I have no idea why anyone good would would want to go there

Sanon also may become the next Quinerly. All hype and transferring every year.

He would have to tear his ACL first for
there to be any comparison made.

You're right, Sanon is way better at the moment

LOLLL

KansasCityCats

I think Quinerly's sister is the better of the two siblings. Tore it up for WVU this year.

Sanon should have gone pro. Scouts won't ding him for struggling because assu was a disaster. When he's in the league someday, he'll claim SJU as his Alma mater, which is slightly better...but I'll still cheer against him for eternity.
