Stevie Rocker Jr is in the portal as soon as it opens. He is a good kid and yet I understand his desire to find a place where he can see the field.

In the article we have 15 players that have used all of their eligible time. We have 17 players listed as Seniors or otherwise. The article names most of the O side players, but fails to mention the full list of 15. I believe there are two players with another year to play if they choose to stay. Which two? Wiley, Williams, Cowing, McLachlin, Morgan, Ostendorp, and MacKellar are listed. Bombata is a walk-on guy, but still falls into that class. Prior CJF did mention there were some players with the opportunity to come back. I assume that there would be two players. I do not know which two, but it will be interesting to see if ONE of those is a DL and HE decides to return for one more year. We will see soon enough I guess.

Recruiting wise we have two guys that walked on last year that will find scholarships as soon as they take the field. One was Hyatt because he came in so late and there was no scholies left. The other was English who had some major medical issues. English will go on scholarship as soon as he is cleared to play.

We currently have 22 recruits in the incoming class. 15 seniors leaving and maybe one was a walk-on. One in the portal already. We still need to open up 6 more spots somewhere.

Not sure who leaves, but could de Laura be one of them? How about either Flowe or Heimuli? Manu and Ka'aihue  played really well against ASwho. Remember that the guys who transferred to USC from D did not start the last few games of the season last year. Telling? I am not saying they are leaving, but makes one think.

Then also that is just to balance things out. IF we were to gain another commit, or a few guys from the portal, we would have to open more room. Somebody will be leaving even if it is not a big number.
