Is there no limit ?
Unless he applied for a waiver, he should not be able to transfer from Fresno State.
Kentucky to Arizona was his free one.
Arizona to Fresno State, he SHOULD have sat, but I believe there is a clause saying a prospect can transfer freely if their coach leaves.
If that is the case, then Baker could transfer again, and this would be as a grad-transfer which is also immediate eligibility.

This time it's a grad tranfser, which is always no wait, right?

For all the time he has spent in College he should be known as Dr. Baker when it's all said and done.

I had forgotten about this Miller retread.  This transfer and NIL business is killing the game

If it weren't for his injuries (and COVID), Baker would have been a nice player.  He was finally gaining consistency from beyond the arc and his ballhandling/defense was also improving.  Jemarl had a high basketball IQ and I wish Arizona could have seen him play for more than one healthy season.

Baker is just cruising across the country.  Doing whatever he wants.  Touring each state as he goes.
