Pretty sure the Oregon schools were the first. Not a lot of complaints from the Pacific Northwest but we'll definitely get some push-back from the uneducated swamp folk...

For some reason some folks love it, I see it as a bad trend as well. Ve must zee your papers...guess its not a joke any more.
