There are four tournaments this summer: u17, u18, u19 and the Olympic tournament.
Good chance we have at least one guy in each.

..
Who would qualify and play in the U17 tournament? Bal is 17 and I think our youngest player, which is why he will either play for the u18 or u19 team depending on needs for the roster.
Also, I do not see the events you are talking about unless they are not on the FIBA level.
This summer I see the U19 World Cup, U17 Centrobasket Championship, U16 Americas Championship and the U17 South American Championship

Yeah, technically he belongs on their u18 team as he's still 17, but there was a chance he'd be invited.

Looks like Benn is jumping right to Canada's senior team and is competing for a roster spot for Canada's Olympic team

Benn dropped from Canada's Men's Senior team that will try to make the Olympics. He will most likely join Canada's U19 team for the World Cup.

FYI. Little Tubelis did not make the team.

Nice post
Whoa...check the video on Juan Nunez. Any chance he'll consider college basketball? He seems like a naturally gifted basketball player that could develop into a premier scoring point-guard. Go find another international gem, Coach Lloyd!

Yeah, that is on my must watch list. Just like Benn vs. Zu.

Great update
Thanks
Tubelis only had one bad day. The other two only played well once apiece.
Seems like a roller coaster with really good and really bad days. Hopefully, our players gain a lot from the international experience and show up to Tucson with higher basketball IQ. I love that they're playing at such a high level.
Stats through group play. Both Lithuania and Canada made it out of group play. Mali was eliminated

Actually Daniel I think nobody was eliminated. Seems to me Mali will be playing France.
Both Canada and Lithuania should win the next game.
