I am a USC football fan, and even this has me embarrassed to be associated with the university.
This is how you know USC realizes they are not in contention, and willing to do whatever it takes to get M.Bagley.
They don't have any open scholarships anyway, so who is going to have to hear, "We're pulling your scholarship to give to M.Bagley!"
