"Transfer U" landed another kid that brings a lot of mediocre qualities. Plenty of potential with LJ but he typically tries to do too much.
He took 14+ shot attempts on 16 different occasions last year. Of those 16 games, he only shot 50% from the field ONCE. Pretty ugly, considering a 6'6" wing in the Big East should be getting to the hoop for easy baskets.
The FG% dropped 13% from his freshman to sophomore campaign. Not sure if he elected to go to the NBA draft because he had issues with Mike Anderson's defensive intensity, or if he really thought he could make it in the league.
I think Altman has a shot of making Figueroa a dangerous player on offense. I wouldn't be surprised if he immediately averaged double figures.
