Arizona has offered former Tucsonan 2021 4 Star 6'4 SG D'Marco DunnDunn's mother got a job on base at Fort Bragg, so the family packed up from Tucson, Arizona and headed east to North Carolina. Dunn offers from East Carolina, VCU, Maryland, Vanderbilt and Houston, and now Arizona. Last season he averaged 20.4 points per game and 7.2 rebounds. He's jumped to the No. 5 player in the state.

With the teams to offer him currently I would bet it is a battle between Arizona an unc .
Unc probably has the advantage because that is home now. we really need to beat them out for a player. 2 guys we were leading for at onetime

Miller has out recruited UNC on many occasions.
Puff had a brother that just finished in Chapel Hill and Kermit saw an Arizona lineup that wouldn't immediately have room for a guy if his caliber.
Two great players, but a guy who came from Tucson understands how important Arizona basketball is to the community.
I envision a two dog race to the end. As long as both coaches don't repeat their performances over the past couple years, it'll be a competitive recruitment.

I agree kansas I am just frustrated that both puff an walton were suppose to be Arizona bound. an both end up at unc but recently we did land green an nanji.
Totally understand. They are talented kids that will likely not bolt for the NBA within 1-2 years.
I think our international recruits have a higher ceiling, but we don't know whether they'll end up producing more than Puff/Walton. We'll find out in a couple years!

Experts say unc is the favorite Dunn an mashack would be a nice get.
It seems as if Arizona/Texas got the hometown love in this listing.
The list has three ACC programs, and two other SEC programs; all located in the Southeast.
Then the a Big 12 program and a PAC-12 program, both closer to his hometown in the Southwest.
You never know how these will go, or what they are looking for in a program.
You just have to hope he picks your school and things work out for everyone.

Why go to Arizona who gets no support from the NCAA or the conference they are in when he can go to UNC and NEVER face accojntability for anything? Get grades for fake classes too!
I was truly upset for while I really wanted dunn at Arizona being that he was from tucson and he is a shooter. Lately unc has stole dunn,walton,puff johnson.,I hope Arizona can turn this around
